Lia Fallschessel (49) has found her own label “a cuckoo moment…” ten years ago. A cuckoo moment – as these products you will not forget once you have seen them. All began with the production of jewelry with Swarovski stones. During a holiday while diving the very creative designerin discovered ray-leather. The skin of this edible fish was thrown away but Lia Fallschessel has created beautiful jewelry, rings and earrings out of this nice skin. Over the years she enlarged her collection. Today the range exists of bags, belts, accessories and furniture made from ray, snake and crocodile.

Lia Fallschessel´s dream would be to furnish a hotel with her furniture and accessories!

I really like these products! Especially I have fallen in love with the new bag models Mira and Christine in grey from ray skin.

Great are the wedges which are also available in ray skin, too. I love also the different colour nuances. The ones in green I like most.

Very important was the following. The snakeskin comes from two growings in Asia. These plants also raise species which are extincted and suspend them in nature. On these farms the skin is only used from snakes which had a natural death. Most of the snakes are getting 30 years old. The age of the snake is visible at the belly scale. The leather is tanned in Italy. Depend on the model the skin is painted by hand in different colours.

Unfortnately the neon-yellow skirt cannot be seen very well on my picutre. The skirt has been created by Lia Fallschessel, too. It is a real eye-catcher!  The black blouse is from Lena Höschek and the ankle boots are from Giuseppe Zanotti.
