Jagador Münster – Camelia Reinert-Buss – Business Coach and Fashion goes perfectly together

By Kristina Flesner

“No one could understand how I could pass up an offer like that!”

Camelia Reinert-Buss has been self-employed for 12 years and coaches executives.  She does one-on-one consulting and seminars, such as in financial administrations, university hospitals and sole proprietorships.

One day she gets an offer from a large management consultancy in Hamburg. She is to give up her self-employment and become a senior partner. “I stood on the 17th floor of a Hamburg office building overlooking the harbor with lots of interesting people and thought, I’ve made it! That’s what I’ve always wanted!”

“In the evening I went to the hotel and was really happy! The next day I woke up and was suddenly really sad and didn’t know what was wrong with me. I just had to sign the contract, but I couldn’t!”

“I procrastinated signing it. With an acquaintance who was currently a sales manager and quite unhappy in her job, we coached ourselves. We created a vision board. This is a simple method that helps to organize thoughts. All of a sudden, a whole different set of desires came out of it: fashion, lifestyle, creative work.”

“Until I was 14, I lived with my grandma and she was a master tailor. I was her little assistant. And suddenly these images came up in me that I hadn’t ‘seen’ for years. I suddenly had the smell of the tailor shop in my nose. Saw the old fabrics in front of me!”

“Instead of starting out in management consulting, I took cutting and tailoring classes. My girlfriends and even my daughter thought I was completely nuts! After all, I couldn’t really understand how anyone could pass up an offer like that. But I was happy! But I still enjoyed being a coach and continued to accept assignments in parallel. Then suddenly the owner of Jagador in Münster approached me about taking over the store. Actually, I wanted to create my own brand for business women to look feminine and chic. But taking over a store is something else. But I did it!”

“In parallel, I started my own knitwear collection under the name “Ana del Mare”, which I market in my store and through my Onlineshop Jagador.de

“Today I can advise women not only on how to position themselves and how to lead, but also that they feel fashionable. In the future, I would like to expand this symbiosis. I want to advise women comprehensively. Many successful women feel insecure about their clothing choices.”

“I used to be a customer at Jagador myself. I really like the classic style, but I have now included a few more fashionable collection pieces. My vision is to have a concept where mother and daughter can shop together.”

I show you a few styles from the boutique Jagador in Münster and the new knitwear collection Ana del Mare.

Long, fitted knit coat with silky stretch blouse and jeans.

Here you can see the details and the different types of knitting of the coat.

Long, straight cut knitted coat in a warm cognac tone with matching pants and white blouse.

Classic but still fashionable cut outdoor coat in cream. In addition, I find particularly beautiful the cashmere sweater in orange and the slightly flared stretch pants.

The vest fits to the skirt as well as to the trousers. Elegant or sporty?

Here I wear the vest with matching colored pants.

In black with black and white plaid fitted vest with pearl buttons.
